Black and White Ribbon
At Botanical PaperWorks, many of our plantable seed favors and wedding invitations are available with satin ribbon embellishment. With 20 different ribbons to choose from, it's sometimes hard to decide. We've just made it even harder with the addition of a new black ribbon option, available now.
Above is the Plantable Butterfly Seed Favor in white Garden Greetings⢠seed paper and the new black satin ribbon. It's a wonderful option for Fall and Winter special events, and especially suits parties and weddings with a black and white theme.
On another note, I had an amazing experience yesterday with photographer Ruth Bonneville. She shot photos for an article on Botanical PaperWorks which will be in the Fall issue of Winnipeg Women magazine. Ruth took me to a field next to the St. Norbert Ruins to capture the botanical aspect of our handmade paper. During the hour-long shoot, she encouraged me to stand, crouch, move, relax and smile. The sun was setting a golden orange in the background and the waving fields of grasses and flowers made me feel like I was in the middle of a Little House on the Prairie scene.I feel so blessed to have had that experience, and my sincere thanks goes to Ruth and to the folks at Winnipeg Women. I'm still glowing!

Hello!
Maile - You most certainly can get our paper in the US. In fact, most of our customers are in the "states". Just order through our website and you'll get everything confirmed and processed in US dollars. Your shipment will arrive tax-free and duty-free, thanks to the NAFTA agreement!
Kaz - So true, it's a pity that we can't pop some samples in the mail to you but those Australian import laws are quite strict!
Best wishes, Heidi

Visiting from Kal's site. Your paper is revolutionary. Congratulations on your article and all your success! I'm sure it's just the beginning. Your new look is great, of course. Everything Kal touches turns to gold. So, I read the comment above...does that mean we can't get your paper in the US? Also, beautiful photograph. That's so great that you had such a fun time on the shoot too.

Love your Kal designed blog banner. Your paper looks very cool too. Sadly I'm going to have to admire from afar because we in the land of Oz have the strictest quarantine laws on earth, especially when it comes to introducing plant species. Oh well there's a good and bad to everything.
BTW very cool pen in one of your early posts.
