There are so many different and unique ways to bring your personal
touch to the wedding day. Here is an example of a recent wedding and
photos of a number of different pieces that made up the wedding
stationery ensemble for Ben and Anne.
The wedding program fan was designed and produced by Absorb Creative.
With the program on one side (shown) and the wedding party credits on
the other, the fan was very welcome on a day that tipped the
thermometer at 100 degrees F!
The Plantable Heart Note
from Botanical PaperWorks had a seed-embedded paper heart in a glassine
envelope. A small tag was personalized with a message from Ben and Anne
and included instructions on how to plant the paper heart and grow wildflowers.
The glassine envelope was used as a placecard, with each person's name
written on the outside in black rollerball pen (mine is shown at left).
Handed out to guests as they arrived at the outdoor ceremony, the water bottle was personalized with the Bali invitation motif and a message from the couple. We all enjoyed the personal touch of the special label and greatly appreciated the cooling water!

Hi Heidi,
I love your photography style.
The paper items on the rocks look especially fabulous.
I think the whole idea of a blog is so cool!

I love the personalized water bottle--if I wasn't married already, I'd totally do the same thing! It looks really great.

Great ideas! Love them! I wish I would have started working here before I got married. I guess I'll just have to refer my friends to the botanical website & blog when they're planning their weddings.

I have seen a lot of invitations in a bottle but I haven't yet seen it this way and I really like it this way. Also, I have been making my DVD invitation. To share, the DVD invitation is really cool, it has a lot of features too. I got that idea from Silver Screen Invites.

I think the favor idea is gorgeous. Many wedding favors are a waste of money as people don't use them. Planting them in your garden and later an array of wildflowers is a wonderful idea and also as a thank you idea for other occasions.
