Halloween, therefore I sew

What is it about Halloween that gets us parents digging out the sewing machines, glue guns and pinking shears? Even though I bought an angel costume for my 5 year old, we're having a fun time this afternoon transforming it into The Tooth Fairy. To prove that yes, I did indeed sew a tooth-shaped purse, here is some evidence!

My home office became the sewing station. Move over iMac; here comes the Elna! Yes, my eyes are closed, but that's what happens when you have a five year old take your picture.

And here is my creation - a tooth fairy's purse.
