Yesterday, I posted this cool little box project called Paper Box for business cards and secret notes. I realized that I had a few more step-by-step photos from my first attempt to make the box, so I'm sharing them today.
As I mentioned yesterday, I printed the box template onto seed paper. That's the special paper that grows wildflowers when the plantable paper is put in a pot of soil, watered and given lots of sun.
Here's what the template looked like after it was printed by ink jet printer on seed paper:

Then using very sharp paper scissors (I like Cutter Bee Scissors myself), I cut out the template. The folding process is a bit involved but I took my time and it looked good:

I used a standard glue stick for the gluing and the seed paper adhered well. You can see the final product here: {diy project} Paper Box for business cards and secret notes.
I really like small, fine paper projects so this was right up my alley. And the result was pretty cute. Next, I'd like to try it with some patterned scrapbooking papers like these ones in tangerine orange:
