As many of you know, besides writing Stationery Scoop (which I totally love doing!), I also head up a stationery company called Botanical PaperWorks. Over at the Botanical PaperWorks blog, we've been writing this week about wedding planning and I wanted to let you know about it in case you're in the process of planning a wedding for yourself or a loved one.
DIY Wedding Favor Ideas - we've chosen three easy and interesting favors that you can make yourself. The projects come from Martha Stewart Weddings, a source of wedding inspiration for as long as Botanical PaperWorks has been alive! Check out the images and the downloadable project sheets. Many of the projects would be perfect with seed paper, especially the candy cones. After the guest are finished enjoying the candy, they can plant the paper and grow a pot of flowers from the plantable paper.
Wedding Planning Checklists - local wedding planner Jess Ehlers has created some useful and helpful Wedding Planning Checklists. Her company is With A Flourish and they specialize in eco-friendly events. Our Botanical PaperWorks blogger Laura reviewed the planning checklists (she was married just this Winter, so the experience is fresh in her memory).
