I posted a while back about the awesome Little Little Libraries movement, where individuals and community groups set up a free take-a-book, leave-a-book library. The pint-sized libraries are located across Canada and the US and they encourage reading by both children and adults.
Guess what? There's a Little Free Library in Winnipeg! It's called Little Free Library 1849 and it's located at 273 Mandeville St, Winnipeg, MB. Charlene let me know about it and gave me the Facebook link. Looks like they have some good books so if you're in the area, check it out! Apparently, this lot of books was just dropped off this week:
