I'm starting a new type of journal using the book One Sketch a Day, A Visual Journal from the publishers at Chronicle. It's exciting and seems easy enough - just draw one sketch each day to capture a thought, event or feeling from the day. No bothering with words and grammar; just grab a pencil and make a few quick scratches and done.

It's not a lot of space to fill so I think keeping up a daily visual journal will be a do-able goal for me. I'll keep you posted on my progress. And please feel free to share how you do memory keeping, whether it's with a journal, photos or sketches.
